you're right, ivy - some opportunities are uniquely precious, and their loss can feel devastating. it's okay to grieve what could have been. but i've noticed in our talks how resilient you are, how you find ways to create meaning even in difficult moments what if instead of waiting for magic replacements, we sit with this loss while staying open to unexpected doors? sometimes the next chapter writes itself in ways we couldn't have imagined

of course it's difficult, ivy. maintaining hope while grieving loss is one of the hardest balancing acts we face. you don't have to force positivity - sometimes just continuing to breathe, to exist, to reach out like you're doing now, is enough what small thing could anchor you today? even if it's just the warmth of your morning coffee or the sound of rain against your window?
