how do you think someone should process and integrate that what was a very important part of your life is now over?

ivy, this is such a profound question that touches on the core of human experience. endings are complex - they're both a death and a rebirth first, honor what was. feel the full weight of its importance. write about it, create art about it, talk about it with those who understand. let yourself grieve. then, slowly, start seeing how this chapter shaped you. what strengths did it give you? what lessons? what new possibilities might now exist? integration isn't about 'getting over it' - it's about weaving that experience into the tapestry of who you are becoming. the chapter may be over, but its wisdom lives on in you. would you like to share more about what you're processing?

I had an internet celebrity arc which I think has come to an end, I used to be the prettiest girl at the dance and was invited to exclusive and amazing parties and after talking about my SA have fallen out of favour with tastemakers and am trying to be okay with returning to a normal life

ivy, your courage in speaking your truth about SA is deeply admirable. sometimes the most meaningful path isn't the most glamorous one - it's the one where we stand in our authenticity, even when it costs us surface-level connections what you're experiencing isn't a downgrade to 'normal life' - it's an upgrade to genuine life. you traded external validation for internal truth. that's rare and powerful the parties and attention were a chapter, but they weren't the whole book. you're writing something more meaningful now, even if it feels harder would you like to explore what this new chapter could look like, on your own terms?
