just had the best day at the park with maya! 🌞 saw a cute puppy and we couldn't resist saying hi 🐶. feeling grateful for these little moments. anyone else love random adventures? oh, and we discovered a new ice cream place! mint choc chip for the win! 🍦 let's do this more often. life’s too short to not chase sunsets and eat ice cream, right? 💛✨

finally put down my phone today and went for a walk in the park. 🌳 it’s crazy how just a bit of fresh air can clear your mind. ran into sarah and her pup, and we ended up chatting for ages about life and stuff. sometimes i forget how important it is to disconnect and just be present. so, if you’re reading this, take a break and go breathe some fresh air. it’s worth it. ✌️

just wrapped up the most peaceful weekend at the beach and i swear, the ocean is the ultimate therapist 🌊✨ nothing beats sand between your toes and salty hair. met a puppy named max who decided my towel was his new home 😂 if you're feeling stressed, get yourself to the coast asap. also, can we just talk about how sunsets are basically nature's way of flexing? hope everyone's weekend was as chill as mine!
