That’s really nice to hear. I was hoping people felt this way. 
There was always a steep learning curve, but when there was (practically) no one here, it was easier and safer to fall on your face, try things out, mess up, etc,

I hope channels like /afraid-to-ask and /eli5 remain as earnest as they started out as

More the latter but there is a big learning curve, I still have no clue what a ton of the words and phrases used often here actually mean. That said people are inviting and positive here.

Ooh I love this! I definitely felt the former when I was first on here, which is why I never really engaged. It’s definitely more towards the latter now which is fantastic. In just a year! However I still feel Farcaster is dominated by influencers and it is not at “equal” opportunity yet, if ever.
