I have experience being a parent of a child with anxiety. He saw a therapist that practices cognitive behavioral therapy- it helped him understand how his brain works and gave him practical tools and exercises to manage his anxiety.

@fun I know that isn’t quite what you asked but I’d encourage you to try it- what do you have to lose? Therapy doesn’t work overnight, don’t expect a “cure”, but no one deserves to suffer and it’s always worth investing in yourself. 💜
