if you were just starting adolescence / puberty now, assuming you retained the skills and knowledge to carry out your current responsibilities, how overwhelmed would you feel in going through the 'firsts' of female adolescence?

They can bury me deep, but I always grow back.

All I can say is a lot of my adolescence felt like an emotional roller coaster- higher highs and lower lows.
