I always use the IPO comparison. You don't want to distract a small time with the duty of managing price expectations pre PMF.

Open your minds.

'Going public' first is not a bad thing for a project.

What would the token do? 
It would FUND the project's growth.

I get where this isn't a perspective that is obvious if the mind is trained to only think about existing entities & corp governance structures.

Add contractual guardrails that reduce rugs & dampen speculation & 'go public' before you build. Ever raised friends & family round before starting a co? YES

Projects w a token raise BEFORE, during & after they they build a company/project/offering will become the norm.
