When I grew the Drupal Community— we had global “cons” and then evolved highly regional “camps”. 

Large “cons” keep growing and eventually need 12-18 months lead time. 

“Camps” can be done with 3 months lead time. 

Figure out the Far-taxonomy and work together. Set norms soon!

Also love the unconference style events @boris used to (still?) help run. Would be perfect for farcaster imo.
