Fitting in to provide a sense of comfort, alignment, and familiarity. Like what many OG devs may have with the eth foundation. I think what makes a community is that sense of belonging. And yes, I can see there are generally more diverse perspectives and curiosity here than anywhere else

I think there can sometimes be tension between “fitting in” and “belonging”. Agree with @cameron about not wanting people to fit in. Bring your uniqueness! But people need to feel like it’s a place they could ultimately belong to.
