I spent a few hours using chatgpt as a co pilot for a blog I’m writing. I was loving the output as we were working thru each paragraph, it was being very responsive to my feedback. But then when I looked at the final output all together it kinda just sucks. 😠 Monday mood.

Exactly- no soul. I’ll take a break from it and then come back with a fresh mind and see if I can write more authentically from my voice. All good. I find the co writing still a good exercise.

i spent time using chatgpt writing foxes lore and tested for coven cats. while it was responsive, it just didn’t feel “right” 

i mostly used it as a jumping off point where i needed to refine the output myself or just take it in a direction i preferred

Generative AI is terrible for first drafts and final drafts. It shines in the middle, when you're trying to expand your initial draft but before you relentlessly cut the fat for the final round.
