Wait did you sprain yours?

I don’t have a recent sprain, but I have sprained it many times in the past and have just a slightest bit of remaining injury from getting run over by a car in September 🤣 

I was asking because @alexshul.eth has a sprained ankle and is being treated by the trainers at UW Madison, and this week she had her ankle scraped and I was like wtf is that and then I googled it but ofc have to ask farcaster too :)

update: 18 hours after injury

definitely at least tore some ligaments 🥲 i feel soooo dumb lol I was just trying to be healthy and workout!!
