Excellent. Page 22 is about the seat of learning, the meditation pose. Meditation is referred to as za-zen or “sitting zen” You can sit on a chair, one leg raised, crossed leg, or full lotus position. Keep a straight spine like bamboo reaching for the clouds and your arms hang heavy like wet leaves 🧘🏻
