That’s the goal, but actual rights imply legal structures, which are largely absent. All we have is public, code and math-driven provability.

Hmm some elements of property rights (eg the right to resell). But the actual nuanced rights of something like IP isn’t solved by crypto alone, we need standardized social contracts that people opt into
