Successfully managed work and unplugged for family time and time in nature. Screen time plummeted, steps soared.

Sounds like a great week Renee 😍 Balancing work and family time takes constant focus and discipline, and it seems like it should get easier but somehow it never does. I know the struggle.

It’s never enough time for either. But this was multigenerational trip combined with lots of time in beautiful mountains. Spent 2 days working, but sent them out for activities and the quiet rented mountainside house was still a lovely break from the norm. And yes those days were hyper efficient for work.
