Page 7 gives advice for how to read this book, and encourages the reader to break convention and not read the Introduction until the end. ⏮️ There is no prerequisite knowledge. Just dive in. The introduction will make more sense once you’ve been exposed to zen practices Do, then study. Not study then do.
