Strictly from a personal standpoint - I spend *a lot* of time scrolling, but I've gotten so many benefits and opportunities from twitter & farcaster that it's hard for me to hate on it.

Oh jeez, I'm with you there. I've been feeling really split about it lately. On the left I've got my endless optimism and on the right I've got my endless super-plugged-into-the-rabbit-hole-feeling. FC definitely represents a more thoughtful future of tech for me, but it's up to me to balance it. Which is hard lol
