Lessons learned working at 2 restaurants in my younger years. one a busy breakfast spot in a beach town, where I had to hustle non stop during the morning rush and collect tips in singles and fives. the other a tavern and dinner spot where the work was much slower, easier and more lucrative. Guess which was better?
