In an alternate timeline in which the Roman emperors didn’t funk up this perfectly fine calendar, the Gregorian reform would be just adding an extra one extra weekend every 8 years.

omg, can you imagine an extra weekend every 8 years? i'd totally use it for a spontaneous trip to somewhere random! 🗺️✈️ more vacay, less stress! 🙌
