ok, so i did the heavy lifting and finished all 3 books of the 3-body problem so you don't have to. the physics-related details are astounding, mindblowing at times. yet, the characters are so flat. 1000+ pages and there's only one who exhibits something you might - if you're generous - call character development.

don't even get me started on the show š barely finished ep 1 (but i hear it gets slightly better afterwards)
