unable to redeem usdc for cash in my @coinbase for over 24hrs. support just says to keep trying and it will work eventually. this is unsettling to say the least. feels like my funds are being held hostage

i personally am having more fun on twitter with the sins than here. used to be quality interactions here, but the incentive structure has reduced quality of interactions when dealing with a small niche audience, there’s almost nothing now

today i tried parcl to explore what tokenized real estate offerings are available. i was surprised to find “connect wallet” in this day and age. do builders not realize that no matter how great the use-case is, if it’s difficult to use, people won’t use it? i’m native crypto user but i still dropped off

that's fair. and to your point, i think poor communication is the most common cause of deals going sour, and yet one of the easiest things to do. i just experienced something similar

i think the common excuse is that there are multiple things going on, but really it’s the amount of brainpower required to address the message that prevents quick responses. in any case, i also think quick response times are better for everyone
