I'm reimplementing a routine break from coffee thanks to @beecurious' recommendations on sencha and jasmine green tea in the mornings. A 1 week coffee break once every quarter (3 months) seems like a good start. This was difficult in the past because I was using the wrong type of matcha tea without milk, which was hard on the stomach. It'll be interesting if I notice any mental and/or physical differences after this current full week of not having coffee.
