For now on I'll have "treat days" instead of "cheat days". It took me 4 years to come to the realization that "treat days" is a healthier way to think about taking a day out of the week (If I hit my fitness goal) to splurge on eating fun things I normally would not during the week. Cheat implies that you did not earn it. I earned it!
