Best format for content: Podcasts? Videos? Newsletter? Social media? I'm having this issue in my own head. I want to get thoughts out there, but don't have time to put them all into long-form content. But feel newsletters allow the most flexibility in terms of business model.

Video (short form) by far in terms of engagement. Newsletter for long term growth though.

Yeah you could think about it in a funnel that way and plug your newsletter at the end. Have you tried TikTok / YT Shorts / Reels yet for short form video?
