Are validators in the same cluster (eg same exchange, same user) more likely than unrelated validators to miss attestations at the same time? Please favor early adopters. I staked my ETH before Dec1 2020. Low index validators should have more rewards or chances to propose blocks. If there is a way to reward solo-stakers, that would be amazing as well.
