If the whitehouse is serious about winning the crypto vote then have Gensler drop the cases against Metamask, Kraken, Coinbase, Uniswap, & Robinhood.

These are legitimate US companies & SEC charges against them are arbitrary and capricious.

Make Gensler release the hostages.

Hmm maybe, but a&c has a specific application in administrative law. You're referring to assertion the SEC violated the APA when it denied CB's petition for rule making. 

Not sure there's an application of the standard to SEC enforcement suits.
