While everyone in the /ordinals ecosystem was doing expensive and heavily botted mints, the chads of /1337 paid $7k+ to do a surprise free airdrop of some really dope art to over 1,000 community members for their 1337 Zeros rollout.

Play to mint. Asks the minter to invest time, intellect, and occasionally other resources. Also creates an interesting dynamic where play style and success and be reflected in the minted nft. @lootrealms has this with their loot survivor game, as one example. I think Perl is well positioned for this too.
