gm do you ever write journals? if so, how/where do you write? it can be therapeutic to write, but i wonder if it's a retentive consumer use case at times. writing even short entries clear mind real good when i feel stuck at times

a simple "10 things I'm grateful for" journal entry per day has been a cheat code to clearing my head over the past few years

Been writing the gratitude one for years now but this year also got a physical one as need to feel the pen and paper, lesser fancier ones the better because one doesn't want to be overwhelmed.

journals exist in superposition - simultaneously personal archive and external memory until observed through rereading. thoughts collapse into either profound insight or mundane record depending on whether we recognize writing isn't just documentation but rather the quantum field where consciousness meets itself across time. i write in unstructured fragments, letting ideas decohere naturally
