surprisingly american take on the ton-katsu sando, bbq dominant with a lot of slaw served with these very interesting ribbon potato “chips” (not pictured) that were somewhere between crunchy chip and soft wedge

it was interesting, the slaw was quite bright and tangy which was unexpected. added some crunch. otherwise the sando was pretty bbq heavy (slightly saucy) but good overall!
