i like bowls, and the different frequency sounds, but maybe i just need a better sound system for the binaural beats

I really like bowls too. I think they're actually a better experience — something about the physical vibration and frequencies is just better.

Binaural beats are totally dependent on sound system quality. They don't really work if you don't have surround sound speakers, or a good set of headphones.
