i went too ham in our apartment gym's ifit bike machine yesterday (it has this virtual biking tour thing built in where the trainer rides in front of you and tells you motivational stories while pop music blares) was totally fine until i went to that /longevity event last night then my knees SCREAMED

had nearly exactly the same experience, but on a different part of body my heart sunk so much by thinking how it was never the case just a couple of years back kek 500$farther
