The longest recorded fight with gloves was between Andy Bowen of New Orleans (1867-94) and Jack Burke (Texas, 1869-1913) at New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on 6 April 1893. It lasted 110 rounds, 7 hours 19 min (9:15 p.m.-4:34 a.m.), and was declared a no contest (later changed to a draw).
