US is short about 1-5M housing units and the surge in multifamily construction is ebbing. Solution: create a secondary market for construction loans to increase liquidity in the construction finance market. Just redeemed my first margarita with Base NFT at 📍 Howard SF. Smooth UX: Scan QR, auth, see the discount, press pay. Took a few seconds to load on two screens, that could still be improved.
