Hey @jacek we're launching Impact Fund for /impact and wanted to make sure there are no issues for /degen on how the system is setup.

The tl;dr is that when tips go to @impactfund the system distributes them to 3 sub-funds based on user preference: 

- a Creator Fund, where tips go to creators on FC based on their impact (& 10% goes to curators)
- a Development Fund to support /impact, and 
- a Growth Fund (for raffles and rewards for curators and supporters that help /impact grow).
