Updates first:

1) Happy claim day! Impact Fund received 226,399 $degen in contributions this season.
133,202 will be going to creators & curators,
74,248 for the LA wildfire relief
14,624 for Impact's growth
and 4,325 to Impact's development

2) /impact will airdrop $degen rewards to 2400+ creators & curators on Base after snapshot & analysis (today / tomorrow). $ham rewards will take ~5 days due to the 7 day relay to Base.

4) For the new Degen Season, allowances have been slashed by 80%, so we'll have to adjust our daily raffle too: 1000 $degen raffle and 5x100 rewards.
