Running a channel community is a lot of mental and logistical gymnastics that don't scale. I don't know how other founders do it (on top of their main responsibilities) without burning out in the medium/long term Props to @nonlinear.eth @cameron

What aspects of community channels do you think currently "don't scale"? Curious if community incentives can solve some of these..

I think most of the manual stuff you have to do at the start is unavoidable It鈥檚 way easier to create a channel than to bootstrap the community: curating the right members to seed the group, creating norms (setting the culture), encouraging participation within the norms. I would categorize the work in 2 buckets - creative: culture stuff, curation, creating norms, content - logistical: literally keeping track of who your members are. Sharing updates on some kind of schedule. Some overlap with content creator tools, but much more geared towards getting people to engage with each other
