What if taxes were voluntary? If instead of making people pay a tax against their wishes we introduced new incentives into the system: You can choose to pay whatever percept tax you want, but your ability to influence how the money is spent, and your level of access to public infrastructure, depends on what you choose to pay.

That would still hurt the lower class. Since if they are unable to afford a buy-in they have NO VOICE still.

if the buy-in is a % of your holdings then you have a say regardless of how much money you have tho. no?

That means if a corpocracy owner wants to pay 1 dollar then they get the same rights as someone on the street who pays the same thing?
