Yesterday, I proposed splitting the "External cast data" FIP into two items. 1. Longer Casts, for medium size posts (1k char casts) 2. External cast data, for true long form content (10k+ char posts) The Longer Casts FIP is ready for review. It's a simple change and we plan to move quickly if there is consensus.

< 1k and > 1k, or < 1k and > 10k (in which case there would be a gap in scope for 1k - 9.999k)?
