i'm all for the bidet, the ones in japan are amazing (though, madness, i agree). the one we have (tushy) is very basic and still requires tp.

I know this sounds nuts but I’ve been going down this rabbit hole. So many of them have PFAs and we are looking for super clean toilet paper not sure if you’re on that same train
