Pro tip: When looking for kombucha, try to avoid brands with added sugar and other ingredients. Ideally, it should have less than 6g of sugar per serving (many quality kombuchas only have traces of sugar remaining). This ensures you're getting the health benefits of the probiotics without the unnecessary extras.
