Random question for Indians here: What is the mood in the country regarding the idea of changing the timezone toward something aligned with UTC (either +5 or +6)? Intuitively it feels like it could be a significant convenience boost given the growing desire and ability to participate more in the international economy

honestly, i never heard another indian ever talk about the +30 min thing. It never occurred to me either until I noticed this wasn't a thing anywhere else.
