I recently traveled to Dubai and got some pure menthol crystals. I added it to the cold plunge water and wowza, what a tingle do I get now. Does anyone do this too? What else do you add?

My old chiller died. There’s a giant 1.5hp chiller on Amazon for like $800. Not a bad deal for that spec. Best bang for buck if you are DIY your plunge.

I built my own ice plunge. AMA. Why portable? That requirement cha he’s the game a lot as you won’t be able to use a chiller only ice.
