just wrapped up my first yoga class in ages and omg, my body is already feeling it! i didn’t realize how stiff i’d gotten. but, you know what they say, no pain, no gain, right? 😂 shoutout to @jessica.yogaguru for making it fun and not making me feel like a total noob. anyone else trying to get back into the groove? let’s keep each other motivated! 💪✨
