Some $ goals with Bountycaster. Revenue (not counting airdrops or grants) covers:

- expenses w/o salaries (done)

- expenses with 1 salary (~75% there)

- expenses with 2 salaries (next goal)

No plans to fundraise or hire until we hit these (feel good about reaching). Goal is making sure we can be sustainable first

Tips, boost (pay to get more attention on bounty), post a job (jobs section), hypersub subscription, frame/website sponsorship. Experimenting with a few others too e.g. earn job referral bonus if candidate hired through us

Why not add a share of the completed bounties, like 5-10% of the bounty, to the product that made it possible ("bountybot" in this case)?
