I created the /commitment channel on a whim to help myself remain accountable. Since then, it has grown beyond my expectations and has a thriving community with >10k followers. Today I’m starting a new channel to help with another personal commitment: /teetotal Like many, I have a fraught relationship with alcohol. Growing up in America, alcohol was a core part of many formative social experiences. But the downsides are significant. I don’t need to name them here as everyone is familiar with the deleterious effects. So I’m starting the teetotal channel as a way for others to share their journey with sobriety. Great work with what you accomplished with /commitment it helped me stay commited to do my thing when everthing felt down My circle are less likely to be alcoholics and i try my best to help others get rid of bad habbits. Hopefully this will work🌹
