1/3 Degen Grants & Airdrop 3 – Need Feedback!

We want Airdrop 3 to fund Degen builders through a structured grant system. We’ll post Statements of Work (SOW), devs will submit proposals & qualifications, and the community votes on who gets the bounty. Voting power is based on $DEGEN or locked $DEGEN. Thoughts?

2/3 This ensures fair funding, efficient dev selection, and no duplicate work. Instead of multiple devs competing for the same task, the community selects the best proposal, and the chosen dev gets to work.
