Currently reading Outlive by Peter Attia, I feel my longevity arc is going to begin soon.

Great book. I’ve been a human performance junkie for many years and as an investor in longevity tech I can also recommend Lifespan by David Sinclair. It’s helped me analyze deal flow in the space.

I read both and my first book was Lifespan. I find Outlive to have more practical and actionable although. We have been having meetups in Bangalore to discuss each chapter and how everyone thinks their path to longevity should be based on the framework described in Outlive.

I totally agree with you on an individual level that Outlive is more actionable. I found Lifespan is more valuable from a holistic understanding of why we age. I gave my dad Outlive to read but when I analyze deal flow in longevity tech I lean on the principles outlined in Lifespan a bit more if that makes sense

Absolutely correct. I am curious to know if there's any public info about the deal flow and tech. Based on my (very limited) research on companies, everyone seems to selling (a) a TM'd version of biological age, and (b) supplements. Is that true for most?

No pub info on deal flow. I’m an LP that passively looks at opp’s. The co’s I’ve backed attack the prob at a cellular level and no supplements.Look at minicircle, loyal, Cambrian bio, Rejuvination tech. Indirectly colossal bio. Unfort I can’t share more info on co specifics. But Angel list is platform I use
