As a headhunter w'in financial serv's tech I'm excited to see this ban on non-competes by the FTC. This will allow top performers to earn more consistent comp increases and we'll see higher ceilings of comp across all areas of tech. Currently I'm see huge demand in Data Engineering and Cybersecurity

I get questions about my username so 1. Is it obvious that it’s a poker reference? 2. Should I just start a new account as “AcesvKings”? AAvKK was my first online handle back in 2004 with full tilt poker and I like the metaphor but feel it might be confusing for some ppl.
