Think there was an option to request for video options by signing up using a google form. 
That’s how I got access to that option before I got the power badge.

You can't be seen in drakula anyway the algo only shows what they want lol, the same thing over and over...

i think if everyone had video access warpcast would break all the time.. people dont watch videos much here cause they take a little bit to upload (not too much but definitely more than we're used to)
