I've always been the oddball and labeled as the smartass. I embraced the labels with gusto & always played the class clown without knowing the "why." Around 20 years ago I learned about the spectrum I exist on which sparked my curiosity. We're all puzzles... my quest for finding the common ground to connect ultimately led to knowing we're all different. Here's a piece I wrote back in 2015 about emotional intelligence while I was reigniting my interest in philosophy, our brains, and how to be a better leader. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/emotional-intelligence-mainstream-aaron-vick-cfc/?trackingId=jRMB0LlESym2Tx2TU878gA%3D%3D

Thanks for sharing my man! ๐Ÿ™Œ Iโ€™ve thought about taking a test many times. But Iโ€™m not sure I want to know. Took a Mensa test to confirm my suspicion.. But my youngest kid makes me think I should find out where I am on the spectrum. And we need to find out where he is. An amazing kid. Not just parent bragging. Never seen a teacher so in love ๐Ÿ˜… So use it for something good ๐Ÿ‘Š I know you do!

while the personality test wonโ€™t confirm the spectrum, it is a great test to know what your base settings are (extrovert v introvert) etc. while there are longer comprehensive tests, this frame has enough basic questions to get the jist of ur Myers Briggs score Thereโ€™s also the enneagram test which I think is also a fascinating breakdown. always brag on ur kids! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ https://www.mind3.me/frames
