whenever you have a kid you come to this realization

i feel absolutely blessed my kid was raised entirely by my family, never went to daycare, and never had to be raised by overworked minimum wage worker strangers while I went to my job

That would be such a great world!

It's unfortunate that many families can't have that support because they're single parents, lack family help, have low income, and/or kids with special needs. 

It's tough for a lot of people out there.
